Alec Macri’s “Madvertising” opened at H’art on 25 September 2008. Dan Popescu’s accompanying text places the project within capitalism’s continuing cycle of production and consumption.
Its central question concerns the relationship between economic growth, alienation and unhappiness. The exhibition took place in the gallery’s space at Mihai Eminescu 105–107.
